Metro Dog Day Care and Boarding co-founder and owner, Diane Livoti, has been working with dogs and their people since 2001. She is a relationship-based educator, specializing in integrating dogs into family homes. She is passionate about the well-being of all members of the family and will work tirelessly to problem-solve behavior issues, support expectation management, and help you build your relationship with your canine friend. Diane manages a team of 25 employees who oversee play groups in her positive reinforcement day care setting. Her expertise is in shaping social play, and in meeting the human where they are and helping grow the human understanding of their canine friend.

I have over 15 years of experience working individually with families and teaching group classes. My areas of expertise are: canine language and communication, puppies & adolescents and socialization. I particularly enjoy working with fearful dogs and their people. Part of my mission is to facilitate communication between people and dogs, and for my clients to understand their dog's behavior and emotions.
