She is also a Fear Free Certified Professional Trainer (FFCP) and a Family Dog Mediator (FDM) Katie believes that dog training should be engaging, motivating, and fun for both you and your dog, which is why all of her services utilize positive reinforcement. I offer in-home private training, board and train programs, and group classes along with adventure training and day training where your dog gets to be out and about during the day! My background is in psychology. Before I became a dog trainer I was a performance poet and then a member of The Miami Beach Police Special Victims squad. I am a force free trainer who specializes in solving human/dog related problems. I train humans to parent their dogs. I teach privately, will not train dogs without their parent(s) present, specialize in calm dog behavior and doing it right from the very beginning of puppyhood..
