The first job I ever wanted was to be a dog trainer. A lot has changed over the years, but my passion for dogs hasn’t! In 2017, I became a Certified Dog Trainer through the Animal Behavior College. Since then, I have spent my time working with shelter dogs to provide enrichment through Dogs Playing for Life play groups, one-on-one training, and behavior modification. I am also working with one of my dogs, Mishka, to become a Pet Partners therapy team, while making the world less scary for our other dog, Lulu. I offer Puppy Kindergarten and Basic Manners classes at In the Dog House grooming salon in downtown Northfield, MN. I also manage the Doggie Daycare as well as train dogs during daycare, depending on the needs of owners and their dogs. I love what I do and truly believe I have found my passion. I enjoy helping people and their dogs.
