Born and raised in Reno NV I always had a passion for working with and caring for animals. One of my first jobs was working as a dog trainer for a board and train dog training facility, where I had the opportunity to train a variety of different breeds basic manners and obedience. Later, I went on to pursue a career caring for animals. I received my Veterinary Technician License in 2011 which allotted me the opportunity to gain variety of experience working with and caring for not only dog and cats but later in life research animals such as monkeys. Although rewarding, I always wanted to do more to share my passion for the human animal bond. In 2021 I decided to pursue a lifelong dream to become a full-time dog trainer. After graduating from the Animal Behavioral College, I opened Country Acres Dog Academy in I hopes to share my knowledge of dog training and dog physiology with clients. I look forward to implementing my positive training methods to cater to the individual needs of both my clients and their dogs. My greatest reward is seeing how training can help owners develop a rewarding positive relationship with their four-legged friend.
