I have two children and am experienced working with families with children and dogs. My specialty is behavioral modification. I love meeting new people and helping work out a training plan to fit their lives and solve their problems. I decided to become a trainer after an animal behaviorist helped my husband and I discover why his friendly beagle had become aggressive. Within half an hour the trainer had helped with the problem and within a week I had a new furry best friend. This inspired me to learn how to help other families. I offer several versions of private training, AKC Canine Good Citizen and STAR Puppy courses, and a group course (free to churches and local businesses with a group of 10+) for children called Kids and Canines. Where the children learn the basics of canine safety and positive training. Happy Tails Everyone!
