Hello! My name is Rory O’Connell. I’m the proud owner and operator of Jay’s Friends Dog Training here in Clarksville, Tennessee. I’ve been in business since March of 2022 and I completed my certification with Animal Behavior College in August 2022. I look forward to working with you and your dog!
